Cindy Battiste is a real estate agent and co-founder of Epic Properties Group, where she and her husband, Carl, deliver a warm and personalized approach to buying and selling homes in the East Bay. Originally from Connecticut, Cindy’s journey took her to the world of entrepreneurship as she built her own personal style and consulting company. After moving to California, she became a stay-at-home mom to their two children and used her natural talent for staging homes while managing her family’s busy home life. Her keen eye for detail and understanding of the home-staging process became a great business match for their passion in real estate.

Driven by her love for homes and people, Cindy brings her expertise in home aesthetics, design, color, and strong buyer relations to the team. She works with many clients and specializes in making first-time buyers feel at home, offering compassionate and honest guidance. Known for her authenticity and fun personality, Cindy builds genuine relationships with her clients, who often feel a deep sense of trust and safety under her care. Her hands-on approach to home preparation at listing presentations is just one way she brings value to every transaction.

When she’s not working, Cindy loves spending time exploring nature and traveling. She also has a huge heart for all animals and enjoys working out with her husband Carl.
